Shipping & Returns
At Studio Aroma Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition. Please carefully read the terms and conditions below:

Return Conditions:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Since all our products are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur. These differences are not considered grounds for a return, unless the product is damaged upon receipt.

The return form must be completed and included with your return. You can request this form by contacting info@studioaromacandles.com.

Return Shipments:

The cost of return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer, unless it’s a mistake by Studio Aroma Candles (e.g., damaged or defective products).

Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return confirmation.

Damaged Products: If you have received a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and send photographic proof of the damage. We will replace the damaged product at no additional cost or refund the purchase amount.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days.

Refunds will only cover the purchase price of the product. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Shipping Information:

Netherlands and Belgium:

All orders are shipped within 3 to 6 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, such as holidays or sales, delivery times may be slightly longer.

We use PostNL for all local deliveries. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. In the event of a failed delivery, the recipient will be notified by PostNL about the delivery attempt, and the package will either be rescheduled for redelivery or placed at a nearby pick-up point for collection.

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium for orders over €75.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items that have been shipped via regular mail without tracking. If you experience a lost package, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
