  • Please note that all products are handmade, which means slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur. These differences are part of the uniqueness and charm of handcrafted items and do not constitute a defect.

4. Prices and Payment

 

  • All prices are listed in euros and exclude shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).

  • Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.

  • Payments must be made via the available payment methods (e.g., iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card).

  • Studio Aroma Candles is exempt from VAT. Therefore, no VAT is charged on product prices or invoices.

5. Delivery and Shipping

 

  • We aim to ship your order within 3 to 6 business days.

  • Studio Aroma Candles is not liable for delays caused by third parties (such as postal or courier services).

  • Shipping costs: free shipping within Belgium and the Netherlands on orders over €75.

6. Return Policy

 

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

  • The 14-day withdrawal period starts the day after you receive the product.

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error by Studio Aroma Candles.
